Works well! Chia seeds are rich in fiber, which helps and promotes healthy digestion for my bloating gut. It reduces my inflammation in face and other areas. The absorption of the gel is great. I take it with tablespoon, others might want to place in smoothie or some other way. There is nothing wrong with Halevit! My order was shipped on time and professionally. I received the two pack but one jar was opened or not sealed correctly so I reported it as damaged and got a refund. YES, I will reorder more because it works, just need it to arrival without issues.
