Love it/Lesson learned

I should have bought my two fans from Lighting Direct. I bought them from the nearest lighting store. They did not have the sloped ceiling adapter or the 6' down rod for one of the fans that I needed for another room. It's been four weeks and I'm still waiting. Plus, I have to drive forty minutes to pick them up when they do arrive! I have previously ordered from Lighting Direct and have been very happy.

Fan/light great... wall operating system poor.

We love our new ceiling fan, but the wall control not so much! Was extremely difficult to fit the receiver and all wires in the ceiling space.. and this was installed by an electrician... we much preferred the hard wired control we had previously. Also the control buttons are extremely small, making them difficult to operate...
