It works really well for the space under my daughter's lofted bed. She wanted a lounging area and I wanted something that could be used for sleepovers. It plumped up really quickly once we cut the vacuum sealed plastic. I took off one star on design only because I wish there had been more options for color and texture of the covering and I'm not sure a sheet would be practical when it is in its folded position. I looked at a lot of these before buying and I'm glad I got this one.
