I took my first dose of this supplement, and within two hours, my knee pain was completely gone. Honestly, I'm in shock. I've been experiencing pain in my left knee, especially when I squat or get up. It's been slightly painful, so I've had to lean on my right leg for lifting. Because of the pain, I've also been hesitant to do some of my exercises. Additionally, when I sit down, I often sit on one of my feet, which puts pressure on my knee and worsens the pain. But now, all that pain is gone! I had to call my sister right away to tell her because I can hardly believe it. from what I understand I was expecting to see some improvement probably in about seven days. I did not expect to see improvement within two hours. also a mixture of Tylenol and ibuprofen would never touch this pain.

these work awesome for me, my shoulder joint is almost useless at times and hurts to use it,i would have to use a heat lamp on it, and pain patches, my dr told me try these, I was skeptical, but after about a week i could feel the difference, no more heat lamp or pain patches. highly recommend
