Not worth $10 bucks
Just got this in the mail for our business...first off it does not have the attachment to just plug into your phone as a headset...you have to remove the cord of the HANDset and attach it there. Second the customers can barely hear me talking...I have to yell. Third the light does not work as promised. Fourth of all the fitting over the ear on it is not stable nor comfortable. Spent close to $100 bucks on this thing (including rush shipment) and not worth $10 bucks. Taking back ASAP!!!

Poor sound, poor fit
I've always had good luck with the quality of Plantronics, but this device was very disappointing. Not only is the sound quality quite poor, there's no way to keep the ear piece and mic stable. I replaced it with a $20 headset from OfficeMax that, while the sound is a bit fuzzy, I don't have any problem with it staying place.
