The top-viewing design of this rolling file cart provides easy placing and retrieval of stored papers. There is a convenient lower storage shelf for your other items, such as binders. On the bottom are four 2" swivel casters (two locking) for convenient mobility. The body is made of sturdy steel with a mar-resistant, powder-coat finish.

It'll do, but it's not what I expected.
I recommend with caution. When previously purchased elsewhere, the Fellowes 95304 Loose-leaf Binder Sheets for CD Cases had flaps to secure the CD jewel cases in their slots, and the sheets were made of a thicker mill plastic. My recent purchase of the Fellowes 95304 in a 10 pack disappointed: thinner mil, and no securing flaps. It will still do for my purposes, but it is not what I expected.
