For the price this is an amazing product. I paid $44, inside part is plastic feel and outside part is metal. You're able to do multiple fingerprints and code, the codes can be a bit tricky. The door will lock in 30 or 60 seconds after it's been opened. Needs 4 AA batteries, I have had no issues but I've only had it for 2 weeks time will tell.

This deadbolt lock is the coolest thing. Never knew you could get a lock like this for such a cheap price. Easy to install if you already have a deadbolt on the door. Took me 20 mins to install. If I wouldn't have dropped one of the screws, i would have installed it even faster. The appearance really dresses up my apartment door. Several of the neighbors have stopped me in the hallway to tell me how beautiful this looks on the door. A few even wanted to know where I bought this and couldn't believe how reasonably priced it is. I asked the landlord to come over so I could have her finger print stored in the memory. She absolutely loved it! When I told her the price she was amazed and told me she would consider putting this on all the apartment doors . So far( its been only a few months) the lock has worked perfectly. When using my finger print, sometimes it does take a few tries but has always opened up within seconds. I believe when im working out in the garage, my fingers get dirty and it has a little trouble recognizing my print. Last week, I stored my pinky finger print instead of my thumb print and it works first time! The auto lock feature is awesome. At this time I couldn't find anything about; the ease of installation, the appearance or the operation that isnt " 5 stars." Its only been a few months so we'll see how well it holds up. Im really interested to see if the batteries last as long as stated. If they do run out, its nice to know that I can always use the key to open it up.
