Satisfied with this product

The description said it went to 9.5, but the picture showed 11.7 so we took a chance that the picture was right. This was the lowest priced universal charger that we came across. It shipped right away and delivered a couple of days sooner than expected. The charge does not seem to hold quite as long as the original cord, but that could be attributed to the battery. We have a digital JVC camcorder and the cord had gotten went and ruined the tip. Luckily this universal fit it perfectly. I would recommend this product.

I'm sure this product is fine however before ordering it make sure it's compatible with your camera. It wasn't compatible with our Kodak M530 camera so I had to return it and replace it with the exact adapter for the camera.
