This puppy is really loud and am thinking of getting 5 more just so whoever tries to steal my Trike remembers trying to steal my Trike everytime they put in their Hearing Aids for whatever Hearing they still have left. Good for what it is
Bought this alarm to mount it on a bike rack, in those situations where we need to stop (e.g. lunch) with the bikes on the rack. I like the fact it's a self-contained unit, rechargeable, no extra battery or wires required. It's reasonably loud and the vibration sensitivity is in the right ballpark (and in any case can be adjusted), giving a short warning sound at first contact, then full alarm. It's not a sophisticated product and it's easily removed (I don't even bother locking it in place) but it's a good and cheap deterrent, which might protect you from the casual thief.
