Works as described! I used it in a Chrysler Town and Country and I needed to replace the rear arm. A piece of the old blade seized up and had to be worked off (I used a pair of Channel Locks and ground away at the seized aluminum nut from the stock arm until I could twist it off). Afterwards, this arm fit right into place. I do enjoy the all metal design of it, so I won't encounter the same cheap plastic design of the original one.
