Amazing customer service

This is a long one! First I ordered my plants during a blizzard, the company contacted me and let me know that we should wait until shipping due to the extremely low temps. Then the shipping company lost the package. Over two weeks later the plants arrived. Now the plants are in pretty rough shape but they will probably live through everything. BUT they went ahead and sent a replacement set anyways! Through everything their costumer service has been amazing and on point! I highly recommend buying from them!
