Dangerous Chairs

The chairs assemble relatively easy and look nice. However, they are easy to tilt too far back allowing the backrest to contact the ground and flip out the user. There is too much possibility for injury to use them. They were returned to the local Walmart store a week ago without resistance. However, I still have not received the refund from the shipping company as directed by Walmart.
