Made in Italy, Madura Plus is a collaboration from award-winning designers Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriquez. The tempered glass lids lock in moisture and let you monitor the cooking process while the flared pouring rim offers seamless, mess-free pouring. Perfect for Risotto
Great pan to use for many jobs but love it for making risotto. Pan cleans up easily. Don't have to worry about using metal utensils if that's your choice.

Good and bad
I don't know how to feel about it. It is a perfect size. It is stylish and good functionality. The box came with a label though that said "this product includes PTFE and PFAS". I mean, if I wanted that stuff in my cooking pots, I would just get some cheap teflon.
