I absolutely LOVE this fan! I purchased it for my daughter to take to college and took it out the box to test it out. Needless to say, it almost kept it for myself. I am a hot sleep and loved having this fan by my bed. It isn't loud. It makes just the right amount of white noise for me. I have never been one to sleep with a fan before, but I am now. Since my daughter hijacked the fan to take to school, I tried using other fans and I have not been happy with any of them, so I will be spending another $50 to get myself one.
