I'm pleased with the product but the not happy about the delivery at the box was ripped smashed I have not installed it yet hopefully none of i internal of the machine is damaged, but delivery people grounds people. I'm not satisfied with them at all. They had no care for nobody's package or what was within. They don't know who is for or what is for it could be going to someone that could be very dear to someone and a product inside that box can be unplaceable. If something like that could have been damaged. I just wanted to let y'all be informed on that port, so you might want to talk to the people that deliver your products and they get a very bad review on my end

The amp came damaged with a scratch on the amp in package was all bent up. It also gets hot upon turning it on that you literally burn yourself if touched. Not a good amp at all.
