Best vitamin and mineral formulation for the money

I was working outside the country for ten years and when I returned, I discovered that the minerals were missing in our vegetables because my hair looked and felt like a Brillo pad until I started taking Kirkland 55 formula and got my nice hair back again. I read a drug testing company that said this was very good and they were right. I've been taking this vitamin/ mineral combo for the past 28 years even though I can't drive 5 hours any more to go to the nearest Costco so I ordered it through the local Walmart and had it delivered. I'm so grateful. And my hair is still soft and shines.
