Rough Texture, Messy Packaging
This conditioner didn't work well for me. It left my hair feeling rough and tangled—surprising, since I have fine, straight hair that usually doesn't tangle easily. The scent is also not very pleasant. On top of that, the product comes in a tub, which makes it messy and wasteful to scoop out in the shower.
