Ladies, if you're tired all the time get your iron and ferritin levels checked!! 30% of all women have an iron deficiency and most don't even know it My doctor recommended a heme iron source and this one seems to be working better than my usual ferrous fumarate supplements to get my iron levels up.

Altitude sickness

I purchased this item as I am currently suffering from altitude sickness attempting to adjust to a high desert climate from a below sea-level area. It was suggested to try heme iron supplements in order to help my body with the ability to produce more red bloods cells. This way my body will be able to process my oxygen intake better. I have been feeling much better since starting this regimen of heme iron. Hopefully this won't last long as I have moved here, not just on vacation!!

Heme iron, it is a form that is more bioavailable

And it's my first time using this product.But after doing some research and finding out that the heme iron is bioavailable to the body.Is the reason that I chose this product. i'm a senior citizen and I have had periods where it showed that I was anemic, and I took other iron forms. And they did not work. And I am not currently anemic, but I think this is a good supplement to keep on hand that is gonna be bioavailable. And not constipate a person, so I highly recommend it two others.
