Garbage - Does Not Work

I plugged it in and didnt work. it came with replacement fuses so I removed the old ones and installed the new. Plugged it in and it worked so I placed it on my tree and plugged it in and it failed. I took it off and plugged it into another outlet and it didnt work. Ill be returning this. They sent me garbage.

Poor. This item is awful and made very cheesy.

This item is dull and not bright like the picture shows. Its not near as pretty as it shows lite up. Made very cheesy. I don't know if I would have paid $10.00 for it, if I would have actually seen it first.
