I bought this sleeve because the main description stated 2 pack. However, I received only one. Went and looked the item up again stated 2 pack. Read the description you have to click on to see at the bottom of the item it states "If you need 2 order a second one" yeah i need 2 but was disappointed I had not read that before or I would have chosen another knee sleeve
