If Health Had a Taste, This Would Be It

Sea moss can be amazing, but it's not for everyone right out of the gate. Here's a clear, honest breakdown. It's a raw sea vegetable with natural minerals, so you're literally tasting the ocean sometimes. How to Overcome the Taste (This Is the Big One) Add 1–2 tablespoons to: Smoothies (banana, mango, pineapple work great), Protein shakes, Oatmeal or yogurt, or anything fruit that masks the taste. I use 1/4 cup of warm water, tbl sp of manuka honey, tbl sp of black seed oil, and tbl sp of sea moss gel and or tea sometimes. The heat doesn't destroy benefits and softens the flavor.
