I have mid length fine hair and this mousse is perfect for days when I want my blow dry to really last. I really love this product. That said, if I use it on days when I do a hard work out (sweat) it actually makes my post workout hair look worse than if I had used another styling product. Whatever wonderful thing in it that makes my blow dry last when I am not working out gets very heavy and looks really bad when it gets sweaty so perhaps hold off on using it when you know you are going to get your hair exposed to moisture somehow? For example, if it's a rainy day....? Otherwise, with that very specific qualifier, this mousse is now part of my must haves.
