Customer focused support, leads to a happy result.
There was a difficulty in processing my original order. But, the customer care representative reached out to me to work out a solution. When my original item was no longer available, they worked with me to find a suitable replacement. They were able to get the item shipped rapidly and it found its way to my home before Christmas so it would be ready for my son's room. Enclosed fans with light
The fans are awesome. I have 4 parrots and do not have to worry about them getting into a fan the remote works well but I cannot get light to dim. Both l1 and l2 turn it on and off but holding the button down does nothing. Any ideas
