It's the best thing to use when you don't want to use gelatin. But be aware of the size of the package when ordering. I thought that it was a larger envelope that would have several servings in it for the price. What I receive you two very small single servings and I thought it was a little bit pricey! But ... You don't want to eat ground animal bones they use that as your gelatin base... Telephone brand is much better source to be using.
