I'm actually shocked that this has helped with my frizz! I do have a hair routine, so I still use a leave in spray and then this oil to seal, since I live in an area with muggy air/humid climate, but definitely was worth the purchase. Hair type is wavy, frizzy, long and damaged at the ends, and I do think this helps the frizz and makes it look shiny when added into my routine.
