Womens Betty White Satin 8 M

The shoe runs big. So,I am having to return. I can not return to a Walmart store since it was sent by Virntures. O.K. so, I call the customer service phone number and after multiple calls with no answer, I was told to place a email request to return. After doing this and answering questions in two response e-mails, I am still waiting. I need to be told "If the company will accept the return". This is far too much red tape for a simple return!!!! I will not order shoes from Walmart again!!!
