Easy to assemble and use, did a good job cleaning. It's not much more difficult to use than a normal vacuum, just fill it up and start cleaning. Once the tank is full just dump it and start over. It got out most of the stains and did a good job overall.

I have always used Hoover products...for they are the best machine for the price and the quality for the cost and last but not least...the performance of this maching really excelled itself. It is easy to use and light enough for a 78 year old woman to use it. Simple to set up and very easy to use. What a fantastic clean job it does. I am so pleased and happy with this fantastic carpet cleaner.

This machine does everything it promises. Easy to use. Lightweight. Leaves carpets dry enough that you can put furniture back down quickly. Lifted a wine stain out of the carpet with a bit of pre-treatment. Relatively easy to clean it up for storage. Stores easily - same profile as a full-size upright vacuum. Furniture attachment works well and does not over-wet your furniture.
