10B probiotic capsules

The probiotic capsules work well to regulate my gut. I have no gall bladder so things can get a little out a tune, but it's gotten much much better since I started taking these. My gut is much more predictable and less easily irritated now, and I even feel like my energy is a little better. I had my doubts about these making any difference at all, but I will probably try to incorporate probiotics always after how well these have helped me. Good product.

I read that poo should be about the consistency of an overripe banana - and while I've never actually attempted to pick up one of the waste products from the toilet, they certainly seem to fit that description on the way out! No more straining or spending time on the pot scrolling through fb till my legs go numb while trying to go - now it's all “wham bam thank you ma'am” and I'm on my way! Probiotics make it possible.
