Better than 606

I tried two different pair of the 606. Wearing this boot for many years and loved it. I had a bad experience with the comfort of the 606. My toes hated them. The boots were soft toe and uncomfortable don't know if the boot has been changed but it was not a pleasant experience. The standing comfort of the 606 was off a little also where my foot bent at the sole by the toes. I opted to try the king toe soft toe and these boots are proving to be very comfortable. The 606 take a while to break in. The king toe break in and are comfortable from day one. Very happy with king toe.

I HAVE BEEN BUYING THIS STYLE BOOT FOR 10 YEARS OR MORE, THEY ARE THE BEST BOOT I HAVE EVER WORN, I CANT BRING MYSELF TO GETTING ANOTHER BOOT BUT THIS ONE, I DID TRY SOME OTHERS IN BETTWEEN BUT THEY COULD NOT STAND UP TO THE TEST OF COMFORT AND PROTECTION, I HAVE THREE STYLES OF RED WING BOOTS BUT THIS KING TOE IS THE MOST WORN BY ME.

Great boots. Hard to clean.

I've had 2 pairs of these boots now. I can say that they are my favorite. I haven't had any quality issues so far, and my first pair was used for 4 years. They are still going strong to this day. I will say that the material on the boot could be a little different, they aren't bad, just not the best. The main issue is that they really pick up a lot of dirt and grime because of the material. I'm a field engineer now and need to look clean, and they are pretty hard to clean.
