Waste of money and time.

Have to say, I normally wouldn't write a review being the kind of person if could, would avoid interactions but oh boy. I brought this computer that surprisingly came earlier than expected which should have been the first red flag. Upon it's arrive my sister, which was the person I brought the computer for, open it happily and read the instructions carefully when hooking it up to the monitor (I said, "carefully..." since we never owned a computer liked this one and we aren't really tech savvy about how a tower works but how this lovely tower changed that.) The old monitor display the screen, "No single". So after watching a ton of videos, reading a lot of similar problems with other people, and opening the tower to insure no pieces were out of place or missing (Which one piece was out of place but that was probably due to shipping). Alright, fair enough, it's a old monitor or it's my old HDMI cable, right? I went out spending more money on this already expensive tower. Buying a new monitor, new HDMI cord and (Just in case the HDMI cable didn't worked) a displayport cable. My sister Hook it up to the new monitor with trying each cord and it still displaying the same screen, "No single". Being the stubborn people we are and not wanted to talk to someone over the phone, I won't bored you by the list of things we tried before giving in and calling customer support with Walmart but just know it took us four days before we did. They said it was a third people whom sent it to us and they will email them so they will contact us within forty-eight hours. After five days, I contact the third party to ask them, "Hey... What's going on?". We talked, they ask the usually question, "Are the lights coming on, will you be comfortable opening it." and so forth. It ended with them telling us we could it send it back for a refund. Granted I know I should have call customer service to begin with on the first day not waited till the third day. But like I mentioned before, I don't like calling people and I don't like interaction with people with having this whole experience been not only a waste of my money and time but very stressful because nothing was working and the third didn't contact me back in forty-eight hours. I learned three things from this experience with Walmart. 1.) If you want to try and challenge yourself by figuring out why something wouldn't work. This computer is for you. 2.) If there is a third party that is involve with Walmart, if you could, just contact them and 3.) Walmart really does overpriced their nightlights.
