4.Turn over the meat, use the tenderizer run through the whole meat crosswise. This method could make the meat to be cooked tasty and cooked quickly, and when cooking, please shorten the cooking time.
5.Wash the meat tenderizer by clean water and the temperature of the water don't exceed 80 degree centigrade.
6.Usually before tenderizing the meat, you could coat some pork oil or other cooking oil, thus tenderizing flexibly.
7.Please pay attention: this meat tenderizer blade is sharp, don't let the children reach. After using, please clean it and dry it.
