For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

Love my Turquoise Charlestown (Graham) Rug
This beautiful 9x12 (not quite 12) rug has several shades of aqua blue in it, along with cream, very light brown/tan, pale nutmeg brown/tan, navy, and burgundy. At different viewing angles the rug can look very light blue or a deeper medium blue. Took several days for rug to lie flat, which was expected.
