Firstly, I would say that it recommends 1/3 teaspoon, and the bag has about 50 servings. I have been using it daily for 50 days as of today at the rate of one serving per day of 1/3 teaspoon. I still have enough left in the bag to go another 50 days. Head Scratcher!
Secondly, I do seem to be able to bring words quicker without as much struggle. I was finding it hard to bring words to my lips, but I could see them in my mind as clear as day. I would and still do get mad and frustrated when this happens.
Thirdly, I have noticed twinges in my arms and legs like a nerve being zapped with a very low electrical shock. I haven't had these since I was a teenager. At first it was alarming, and I wondered if I was beginning to have a stroke being in my 60s. I haven't had any twinges now for at least a couple weeks.
Fourthly, I feel almost as if I am waking up from a slumber. My wife will tell me that we had already had this conversation 3 weeks ago, or you already told me that, don't you remember us having this conversation? We just talked to those people a week ago.
Finaly, I don't know if it is this mushroom powder helping me recall things better, or if it is the vitamin D that I started taking on a daily basis. I do find that I am bringing words quicker, but I still feel like I am in that proverbial deep slumber.
I just stir it into my first cup of coffee every morning. I am not telling you that its working or that it really works. I am just saying it does seem to be doing something. I should also go on record as this mushroom powder smells just like any other mushroom, so is it the real deal or not? I tend to believe that there is a lot of room for fraud in this industry. One lion's Mane mushroom dried and ground up with a bunch of dried Portabellas does make it pure mushroom extract but it does NOT make it pure Lions Mane mushroom extract.
Just Sayin!
