Works well

The functionality of this works well. As far as installation of it it was a little confusing, but we were able to wire it to control our fan and livingroom lights. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Quality

Installation ok, but use of product terrible. Remote is small and flimsy and very hard to extract from wall cradle. Installed 6 of these fans plus cool touch remotes and have same problem with all 6 remotes. Poorly designed.
