First Choice
This is the one supplement all women should know about. It has become a regular along with my multivitamin. I get it monthly and have always enjoyed quick service and high quality. For female health, this is the top supplement in my cabinet. I highly recommend you try it and see for yourself.

Helps balance out mood with monthly cycle
As many of us do, I take vitamins and supplements to improve my health. However, there are very few supplements where I can feel a difference if I stop taking them. That is not the case with Swanson's Shatavari. About one year ago, I ran out of my Shatavari and with my next monthly cycle, I was miserable with mood swings. I already felt like Shatavari was balancing me out and this just proved it. I haven't made that mistake again!
