Brilliant design. My only suggestion is that there had been a silicone cap to place on the end of the middle rod so it won't end up scratching the pan later down the line.

Perfect pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm from Puerto Rico and we make roasted pork for big get togethers, I decided to try this pan for my roast and let me tell you it was amazing! The roast didn't stick to the pan, the roast was so juicy and falling off the bone. It was perfection and cleaning it was super easy, I was able to clean with just a soft sponge, no more using disposable toxic pans or soaking in hot soapy water for 30 minutes. You won't regret adding this to your baking must haves!
