I like 'em
I personally like these B-complex caps. I've taken other B vitamins that seemed too powerful and didn't always agree with my system. Not sure why -maybe they were not as fresh or maybe the ratio/balance was not agreeable with my needs. For a long time I stopped taking B's and was frustrated that I could not find a low dosage B-complex that more closely resembled the RDA.I finally gave up and started breaking caps apart and having maybe a quarter or a third at a time. I eventually got these and started popping them whole. The dosage seems totally fine to me - no digestive issues, no crash when they wear off. I prefer to take them with or right after dinner - usually along with some L-theanine and or Tyrosine. They do me right. My evenings seem both more relaxed and more productive at the same time. I'm less of a jerk with my wife and kids.
