Poor Quality

Purchased our GE DW in April 2018. Control board failed and was replaced in July 2021. (I purchased a second board just in case to have on hand.) The replacement board failed in November 2021. Lasted about 5 months. The second replacement board was installed and it never worked at all. So, we are without an operational dishwasher. GE's solution to our problem is??

Door error code

This is criminal- ge you owe us all a new dishwasher. Just Under 4 years- door ajar error code. Door latch replaced . No difference. It's the control board and you know it. I'll never buy ge again. Send me a product that works and I'd think about it. But some rep apologizing on here and telling me to post on social media isn't what I want or need from a dishwasher.

It will work, for a few weeks

Dishwasher lasted for 5 years which is better than the rest of the reviews say. Replaced the motherboard which was easy but only lasted for a few weeks. Don't waste your time and money on these replacement parts. The dishwasher will continue to fail. Extremely disappointed and will be avoiding this brand.

Please keep in mind, parts ordered by you, an authorized servicer or independent servicer will have a 1 year warranty. Parts replaced by a GE Appliance technician out of warranty have a 5 year warranty, however, the GE technician must order and install the parts.
