A Fine Alternative to the Name Brands
I have been using Now Psyllium Husks for a dozen years, even since my cholesterol went up once and I sought a natural way to get it down. I tried the name brand and didn't like its artificial flavor and so looked for a natural alternative. It took a short time for me to get used to the Now version but it's been wonderful for me ever since. No high cholesterol and almost always regular digestion with nice regularity. I recommend it widely.

Good for cholesterol
Psyllium husk lowered my hereditary high cholesterol! I am thrilled at its efficacy. Easy to drink with water. The whole husks are like chia seeds in water. The powder is like concrete mix in water, but still ok. I make sure to drink lots of water with either.
