This product is very good quality. I was taking it decades ago when we had our own beehives, and the taste of this product is the same as back then. I love it even though people write it is tangy and spicy. The fresher it is - the tangier it is. The $ value you can't beat - I was buying from amazon, and it is more expensive there. I put half of it in the freezer and half in the fridge to take every day. The benefits are unarguable.
