Daughter uses this for her fish/shrimp food and said last night she really liked it

so far, works great, however, I take off the rubber ring thing to prevent it from getting in the way of pouring out the powder, and then put the rubber ring back on the outside to hold the handle when I am done. a LOT better than pill crushers. only occasional slightly larger chunks of outer pill covering make it through. When you first get it, take your time, turning the grind handle and periodically tightening and loosening the bottom nut that controls the grind size, so it will grind out any irregularities until you have it all the way as small as it can go and still be able to grind. Might take 5 minutes or so. be patient. and when you fill it with pills, be patient because it will take several minutes to grind a full chamber. you can open it up and look in to see that some broken chunks are in there if you aren't sure if it is doing anything. big pills might need to be broken first so they are small enough to pass into the grind gears. I don't have big pills, and got it specifically for one pill. if I decide to use it for other pills, I will probably get more of these grinders. 10 bucks USD is a good price for this. Not sure how long it will last, but at this price, no problem getting more.
