What I especially loved about getting this bear, is that it did not come vacuum packed and all smooshed together hahaha. It came ready to use and was boxed so nicely. If you think the bear is too big, don't go by the pictures. I'm 5'7 in height and I thought it would be really too big as well, but it wasn't. It wasn't overwhelming, it was JUST RIGHT! And where they said you could see some seams? They're not that noticeable at all and I'm picky. I would never let that bother me, I would buy it again. I think they're hardly noticeable at all and the bear is very soft. I love its little padded feet. In fact, I liked it so much, I bought one for my granddaughter and she really loved it and she's a teenager by the way. It feels very comforting to hold. Something you can really grab on to and feel like you're holding a person but it's not too big and I sleep with it sometimes and also if I might be feeling anxious. That's what these are good for. When you wrap your arms around it in bed, it makes you feel safe/comforted, if you just not feeling good. I guess from the packaging or something it has a very very slight smell but don't let that keep you from getting this wonderful bear. What I did was spray my favorite pumpkin air freshener on it lightly and that was gone right away and smelled wonderful. You can choose your own scent. Before I sprayed it with the air freshener, I wanted to wipe it down so I took a damp cloth and wiped it down all over after it had dried. That's not necessary with the cloth but I just wanted to since it was new and I was going to have it next to me. The bowl is really cute that comes with it but I really love those cute little soft padded feet. Feels like corduroy real soft corduroy.
