Great Value, similar quality to the 9mm flooring

I already installed the 9mm flooring, but was looking for something inexpensive for a bonus room. The 9mm seemed like overkill. Honestly I didn't even know the 5mm existed, so when I saw it, it was a no-brainer. The quality is identical, it's just thinner--which equates to being a little more flexible. The subfloor will have to be straighter. I used it on the steps with the bullnose piece, stair risers and the bonus room floor. Honestly, it's so good that if you aren't doing a garage floor or commercial installation, I think the 5mm flooring is the value proposition. It's head and shoulders above the order similarly priced flooring out there, and more sturdy than most competitive 7mm flooring.
