Nice table, poor customer service!

The table itself is very sturdy, heavy and looks nice. Ours arrived with the box open and the instructions missing. After a few calls to Walmart and Better Homes we had the choice of sending it back, following unhelpful instructions emailed to me by walmart or, as advised by walmart customer service, find it on youtube!! We did that and followed a guy but it was painful! It took nearly 4 hours to assemble as following a self made video was a task in itself. We were very disappointed with the assistance we received. Moral of the story, don't buy online!

First impression opening the box went well. All the parts were numbered from small to large so you don't have any guess work. It can look intimidating because of how many parts are involved. However, because of the quality of directions, it went very smoothly. We will be buying another table for our Office.
