They stick and they definitely do the trick!

I can honestly say I could not ask for more. The lights are very well made. I cleaned my mirror and frame with a homemade cleaning mix of white vinegar, water and cheap vodka to make sure there was no dust or oil on the surface so the tape would adhere properly. I have not had any problems with the adhesive or the lights falling off. They add such a nice look to our dressing room vanity mirror and I love that they dim. The make a big difference when applying makeup and styling my hair. They also make a great night light dimmed to the lowest setting. The on/off is just a light tap and according to my electronics engineer husband, they are very well made. He was really impressed, especially at this price point. If you want to light up your existing mirror instead of buying a new one, look no further. They're great!

Glad I found this before

I bought an expensive mirror Easy to install. Very sticky. I've had them on a few weeks and they aren't loose at all. Super bright. Dimmer works well. Love these.
