Great looking headlights but can't adjust them

I love my headlights but I can't adjust them and I had to watch the installation video several times. Plus customer support is lacking to say the least.

2005 Sentra Halo Headlights

I'm getting a return on these right now. 2005 Sentra headlights. First of all I open them manual, read it in 2 minutes and on the last 2 pages they literally tell you how crappy they are. Apparently if condensation occurs I should go buy silicone and seal the gaps…well.. the whole freaking assembly has gaps varying in size from large to extremely large. It's like some crazy Ed Edd and Eddy woo where they're making headlights in the garage for quarters. I want a refund. This is the most wonky car part I've ever purchased. Then they used some sort of cheap glue that isn't even dry yet, it's sticking to the protective plastic. What a joke. I won't even install them to see if they're bright cause I doubt it and I don't want to hear anything about why I can't get a full refund.
