Brother printer ink cartridges

The cartridges are slightly different from the ones that were in the printer originally. The ones I received have a small hole at the top covered with a plastic strip that indicates it needs to be removed. Also, the latch on the cartridges seems to be weak. That being said the printing is ok so far.
