Beautiful but unreturnable!!

First of all, the chairs are beautiful. The rattan has tones of gray and brown which make them versatile. The arms dont come up very high so arent particularly useful but they are otherwise comfortable. But make sure you want them before you order them!! The shipping was delayed by a few weeks and we found other chairs in the meantime. These cannot be returned to Walmart, the third party seller will not send you a label or reimbursement (they require you to ship back with tracking and insurance) and the box containing 2 chairs was too large to send via UPS. It was going require being shipped by freight and cost $428 to return a pair of chairs - more than the cost of one of the chairs! We are going to try to sell them. Just wanted to give others a warning.
