Handle too short

This is wobbly and does not have enough leverage. The handle should be longer. Maybe a shorter person could wheel this at a wider angle, but I had to hunch over to keep it from toppling over. I can't use it.

the product is not good for the purpose i bought it for. it is also cheap manufacturing. the seller is refusing to pay for shipping fir return. at first he offered me 10% off and kerp the product, which i refused. then he offered me 30% off snd to keep the product. i told him that even if its free, it is of no use to and i would like to fully reimbursed for return. he replied that he will only pay fir the product and not for shipping. what happened to the walmart 30 day return policy? false advertisement? i will not buy from walmart again if this not resolved.
