[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this universal shower column. We installed this in our own personal residence. But we are also contractors and professionally, I recommend plumbing fixtures to our customers. I selected the chrome fixtures and have the flexibility to choose my own rain head and hand held . Some rain heads are just too gentle for me so I can get one with a little more force. Others prefer the gentleness so they have the option. I can also select the hand held to match my Delta faucets. The valve did not come with the kit and I suggest you have a plumber install it. But I am vary happy with the personalized options with universal shower systerm.
